We had the pleasure of welcoming a wonderful group from Beyond Dementia to Flowers Manor. They enjoyed a lovely afternoon with tea and cake, followed by a tour of the home.

W also took the opportunity to speak about our services and what we offer here at Flowers Manor, sharing how we strive to create a warm and supportive environment for all our residents.

It was a fantastic event, and we’re grateful to have had the chance to connect and share more about what makes Flowers Manor special. We look forward to more collaborations in the future!

Meet Phoenix, a Care Assistant here at Flowers Manor!🌸
Phoenix has been working for the company for over 2 years now and is a loved member of the team. Her positive energy, compassion, and dedication make her an essential part of our community.

When she’s not at work, you’ll usually find Phoenix spending quality time with her boyfriend, enjoying adventures with her adorable dog Teddy (who definitely thinks he’s in charge!), or horse riding whenever she gets the chance🐴. She loves staying busy, being outdoors, and bringing a fun, upbeat vibe to everything she does.
Always up for a challenge and happy to get stuck in, Phoenix’s enthusiasm and caring nature truly shine at Flowers Manor!

✨THURSDAY TEAM SPOTLIGHT✨

Meet Erica, our Deputy Manager here at Flowers Manor! Erica began working in the care industry at just 17, starting as a Kitchen Assistant in a Residential Care Home. She quickly became fond of the residents she met and was inspired to work her way up to become a Care Assistant. Over the years, Erica has progressed through various care roles and is now a valued Deputy Manager. She has many goals, including completing her NVQs and expanding her knowledge to provide the best Person-Centred Care possible.
In her free time, Erica enjoys running, shopping, and travelling with her partner. Recently, Erica completed a marathon, which she says was a challenging but rewarding experience. She’s passionate about staying active and making the most of her time outside of work.

We’re so grateful to have Erica as part of our team!

This event is open to those caring for loved ones with dementia, offering a friendly space to connect, share experiences, and learn more about our home.
