We’re so excited to share that we have finally received the postcards we won in the Creative Mojo competition!

Our residents have decided to put them to even greater use by selling them to raise money for a very special cause – Dorothy House Hospice. 💜

A big thank you to everyone who supported us, and we can’t wait to see how much we raise for this wonderful charity! 🙌

Everyone at Avon Court was really pleased to come first in an art competition run by Creative Mojo, who supply us with lovely art kits. We're so excited! 🎉

Postcards of our design are being made and we hope to sell them to raise money for charity. We can't wait for you to see them and support our cause! 🙂

Shetland pony delights residents at Chippenham care home during summer of smiles

Residents at HC-One’s Avon Court Care Home in Chippenham, Wiltshire, were all smiles this week as they welcomed a special guest in the form of a Shetland pony called Vino, for a heartwarming visit that brought joy, laughter, and a touch of magic to their day.

🐴✨ A Very Special Day at Avon Court! ✨🐴

Yesterday we launched our brand new Nourish system, designed to enhance the care we provide every day — but the real star of the show was Vino the miniature horse!

Vino trotted through our home, bringing joy to both communal areas and residents’ rooms. The smiles, laughter, and gentle cuddles were truly heart warming. 🥰🐎

It was a beautiful reminder of how small moments can make a big difference. Thank you to everyone who helped make the day so special — especially Vino! 💐
