You need to learn how to form habits.

How do you do this? ⬇️

1. Identify the habit
2. Commit to the new habit
3. Habit stack
4. Take small steps
5. Make a plan for obstacles
6. Create accountability
7. Reward milestones

The secret to forming habits is identify them, relate them to an important goal, make a commitment to work on it on a daily basis and use low-level commitments to increase the likelihood of success.

You don’t have to train glutes 3 times per week in order to grow your glutes!

2 glute days will suffice if you are following a structured and efficient training programme.
