Hi everyone...###X I know we aren't digital, so can't send text reminders, we are aware in this day and age it's not ideal, but can we please urge you to try and remember your appointments 🙏🏻. After 6 no shows this week alone, it's been a bit difficult, if you can imagine going to work without getting paid 😔. We try to be as amenable as possible, but we all have a living to make, and if it continues we're going to have to start taking booking fees, which we'd rather not do. ❤️
