💙 Danni, our amazing Deputy Home Manager, shares her comeback story. She first joined the home as a care assistant in 2013, as it was being built, and progressed to Senior Care Assistant in 2017.

After leaving in 2023 to continue developing her career, Danni says she always knew she wanted to return. So when the Deputy role at The Fairways became available in April 2024, applying for it was a no-brainer.

We’re so pleased that Danni returned and is making The Fairways such a special place for our residents. 💙

We're delighted to host our first monthly Carers' Coffee Afternoon of 2026 in partnership with Carer Support Wiltshire.

All carers are welcome to enjoy a warm, welcoming space where they can take a break and relax with good company, coffee and cake.

Your cared-for (aged 18+) is more than welcome too. Our lovely team will host activities for them in a separate room, so you can unwind knowing they’re happy and supported. (Please note: personal care isn’t provided during the event.)

Come for a chat, connect with others who understand, and take a little time for you.

Terry entertaining our residents and their families

On Friday we held our first every Christmas Light switch on for our residents and their families, it was a huge success. We were entertained by one of our residents Terry who played Christmas songs on his guitar, which everyone joined in with.
We would like to thank Terry for adding an extra sparkle to the event.
We would also like to thank Adam Summers and Vinnie for all their hard work to make this happen.
