Here's a little about me as an intro to my new followers 🌸🤍

Family has always been at the heart of everything I do 💛 As the youngest of five, a mother of four, and now a nana to four delicious grandbabies, I understand just how important support, connection, and reassurance are when welcoming a new baby 👶

I trained as a midwife in my 30s, qualifying in 2004, and spent 15 years working in both hospital and community settings across Wiltshire 🏡. In 2017, I added to my skills by training as a personal performance coach 🌿 strengthening my ability to support families emotionally as well as practically

Since stepping away from the NHS in 2019, I’ve been working closely with families through Meg’s Maternity Care (previously Meg's Maternity Nursing) 🤱, offering tailored support with feeding, settling and sleep, as well as helping parents understand and support babies who may be unsettled or uncomfortable 💞

I’m incredibly passionate about supporting a mother's emotional wellbeing 💗 whether that’s navigating postnatal depression, feeling overwhelmed, or processing a difficult birth experience. My time running a Birth Debrief Service as a midwife means I bring knowledge, experience and sensitivity to these conversations 🌼

I bring my midwifery knowledge, coaching skills, and both my personal and professional experience together, to offer calm, nurturing, and personalised support 🤍✨ which is entirely centred around you and your family... a truly holistic and bespoke service to help new families flourish on their parenting journey 🌱👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

I have been receiving massages regularly over the past three weeks and recently noticed a feeling of compression in my spine.

After getting it checked, an X-ray showed that I have scoliosis in my upper thoracic spine.
