Very pleased to tell you all I have now completed a course in trigger point massage Therapy which I will be incorporating into my massage routines depending on clients needs.

Trigger point massage is a targeted massage designed to alleviate chronic pain, muscle knots & referred pain by applying sustained, focused pressure to specific tender areas.
Improves mobility
Increases circulation
Reduces headaches
Reduces localised muscle stiffness
It’s highly effective for relieving knots and improving functional movement.

Christmas Break 🎅🏼 I’m breaking up on the 20th of December apart from a couple of days.
December diary is now full apart from the- 29th where I do have a couple of afternoon appts available! Returning back to work on Friday 2nd of January again afternoon appts available get your January appointments booked in though as it’s filling up.
