-My client is a recent Loughborough uni Sport and Exercise Science grad with a keen interest for the gym and swimming.

-Since the gyms reopening, she had tightness in her neck and upper back.

-The main goal of this session was to help relieve some of the tension from the suffering areas to allow her to achieve a better range of motion and flexibility within these muscle groups

-This increase of blood flow makes the therapists job easier to reduce tension and adhesions (knots) within the muscles
