Willow Gardens will offer independent living with access to on-site care for people over the age of 55*, with 80 one and two bed apartments available for affordable rent and shared ownership. The development is

based in the charming market town of Chipping Norton in the Cotswold Hills in West Oxfordshire. The town is situated on the highest point of Oxfordshire, on western slopes of a hillside that was once the site of a Norman castle. Willow Gardens has been designed to provide fully accessible facilities for both residents and visitors, which include a café/bistro and hair salon for use by the community. There is also an assisted bathing suite, an activity room, a residents’ lounge and communal gardens for residents to enjoy. Shared ownership**
There are 20 two bedroom apartments available to purchase through shared ownership, with a minimum purchase of 25% to a maximum of 75%. By basing costs on each individual's affordability, this makes it an option for all. Allocation terms and conditions apply. Rental**
