Some days it feels like everyone’s an expert and no one agrees.
One day you are told coffee will ruin you. Next day you are told it might save your life.
Meat is poison. Meat is necessary.
Carbs will kill you. Carbs are fuel.
Most of my clients are smart enough to spot nonsense but even then it can get confusing.
One scroll online and you are buried under ten conflicting takes and sponsored hacks.
So here’s my question: when advice feels so opposite, how do you handle it?
What do you trust?
What do you ignore?
Do you go by feel, by habit, by someone you trust?
I know what I stick to when I cook for my family or my clients but I want to hear how you filter the noise.
Drop it in the comments & let’s see how people really figure this out.
