FAQ Friday is back!

This week's question: Do I need to have experience/qualifications to become a carer?

The answer is no! All you need to have is a cracking personality and the want to help others! We provide you with all of the training you need (and lots of tea and biscuits along the way!).

We also do a shadowing program during your induction where you get to go out with senior members of the team to meet the clients and see what their routine involves!

We are here for you and with you every step of the way so that you are always supported!

Today is Talking Tuesday!

We all know how busy we get this time of year doing last minute present shopping and making sure we've got everything on our list for our Christmas lunch shop but don't forget to put aside some time to check in on your friends and loved ones.

Meet the team - Kristina Folprechtova.

Kristina has been with us for just over 2 years and has been a big hit with both the team and our clients!

When we asked Kristina what it is she has enjoyed most about starting a career in care, she told us that she "likes the friendliness, chatting, making a difference and helping those that need a bit of extra help".

Outside of work Kristina is very busy getting out and about with her daughter in the parks, doing arts and crafts and cooking up delicious food!

A fun couple of facts about Kristina is that she used to play handball and once jumped out of a perfectly functioning plane to go ski diving and loved it!
