Is there any support available to help fund my care?

The short answer.... YES!

So many people assume that you have to have lots in savings or even sell your home in order to have enough money to afford paying for care at home but this is not the case.

There are so many forms of funding out there, be it PIP, Attendance Allowance, CHC funding or Social Services funding.

If you're in doubt and want some advice, please do get in touch and we can point you in the right direction!

Meet the Team Monday!

Say hello to Hannah, our Head of People and Training!

Hannah has been a part of Team CCC for almost 11 years now and last year was awarded the title of the best Home Care Coordinator in the West Midlands at the regional Great British Care Awards and was a finalist at the National Great British Care Awards earlier this year!

Hannah is also the one who's in charge of doing our rota's and making sure our team can get to you on time - so if you need any extra help or changes made, she's the one to chat with!

Outside of work Hannah will either be found making a mess in her kitchen whipping up delicious food (and using every utensil she has at the same time) or will be out in the countryside with her shotgun somewhere doing clay pigeon shooting!
