β Invest in a good moisturiser, as our skin will feel drier at this time of year.
β Boost a sluggish metabolism with exercise
β Spend time outdoors, stock up on those vitamin D levels.
β Make sleep a priority, if your feeling tired, go to bed earlier or take time to rest. Fatigue & tiredness is common during the changing of seasons.
β Stay Hydrated, water will help your body to function and to stablise itself over these winter months.
β My favourite, have a warm bath couple of hours before bedtime π known remedy for people with issues of getting to sleep.
β If you have not tried Reflexology, give it a go! You will be amazed how good it will make your mind & body feel π
