⭐ Invest in a good moisturiser, as our skin will feel drier at this time of year.
⭐ Boost a sluggish metabolism with exercise
⭐ Spend time outdoors, stock up on those vitamin D levels.
⭐ Make sleep a priority, if your feeling tired, go to bed earlier or take time to rest. Fatigue & tiredness is common during the changing of seasons.
⭐ Stay Hydrated, water will help your body to function and to stablise itself over these winter months.
⭐ My favourite, have a warm bath couple of hours before bedtime πŸ› known remedy for people with issues of getting to sleep.
⭐ If you have not tried Reflexology, give it a go! You will be amazed how good it will make your mind & body feel πŸ’š

Getting enough sleep, exercising & taking time out for yourself can help keep stress under control & cope better with any seasonal illnesses πŸ‚
