This month we celebrate International Women’s Day and Mother’s Day, it's the perfect time to honour the strength, care, and resilience that women bring to the world.

For the rest of March, I’m offering a free yoga class to anyone who hasn’t been to a yoga class with me, or for students who want to bring a friend along to practice.

Yoga is always more special when shared, and this feels like the perfect moment to welcome some new faces to the mat.

If you’ve been curious about trying yoga, or you know someone who might benefit from moving, breathing, and unwinding midweek, this is your invitation.

Shedding the Year of the Snake.

Stepping into the Fire Horse.

Released. Cleansed. Activated.

Today I experienced the most profound breathwork + somatic journey with my dear soul sisters Suze & Nina... Suze is founder of and qualified in soma breathwork, we also had a beautiful tea ceremony with

The vision and intention was to close the Year of the Snake and step boldly into the Fire Horse. I had a lot to shed!

This work is powerful and so relevant to releasing trauma and taking back power. I really recommend connecting with Suze and Nina and attending their incredible collaborations. There is a day retreat coming up in March.

Talk about queen energy, her house burned down in June which has been hugely distressing and she said this morning "I'm just grateful for every breath I take"
And I feel so much gratitude for my two sisters for tackling the huge amount of admin and organising it has taken to get through this and our queen settled in her new palace.

Happy hormones?!?

Akashic Records & Family Constellations with

I recently experienced a powerful session that combined Akashic Records and Family Constellations work with a very special healer Carmen who I met in with

I asked Carmen why I had been attracted and then stayed in relationships that hurt me deeply. Carmen felt into this and shared that it related back to the unprocessed grief and trauma from my grandfather’s life and death.

It was so deep! We went all in. Carmen said I was very open to this work, which I am, I have a deep respect for family constellations.

Like all healing and shadow work this is not about blame. It’s about holding, embracing, understanding with compassion and integration. It’s about seeing clearly what lives in the family field and choosing, with love, to put certain burdens down.

I was tiring and then immediately much lighter and I also feel connected to my grandfather who died before I was born, I want to know him and for him to feel loved. There’s still more to explore, but something essential shifted.

If you’ve ever felt that you’re carrying something that doesn’t fully belong to you, such as an emotion, a habit, a story it might be worth exploring these modalities, definitely speak with Carmen as she's a really special lady.
