It’s hard to believe, but The Heart of Holistic Health is officially four years old. When I started this journey, my dream was overflowing with excitement — to create a space where people could feel supported, seen, and empowered in their own path to holistic health and wellbeing.

What’s unfolded has been more beautiful than I could’ve imagined. I’m endlessly grateful for this community — for your trust, your stories, your willingness to grow alongside me.

These past four years have been full of learning, laughter, challenges, and incredible connections. And I know we’re just getting started.

Thank you for being here. Here’s to continuing this journey of holistic health and wellbeing together — one step, one breath, one heart-centred moment at a time.
