Join us on Wednesday 7th January 7.30pm the workshop of the year! Treat yourself to a deeply restorative Sound Bath & Guided Meditation using crystal singing bowls and other instruments.

This experience is designed to help you gently release the past year, ground your energy, and create space for what you’re calling in for the months ahead.

The vibrations of the crystal bowls support deep relaxation, nervous system reset, and inner balance, while a guided meditation will help you reconnect with yourself and set meaningful intentions for the new year.
