Things are going so well over at Alexander Hosea that due to popular demand I am now offering a THIRD day of Afterschool Club Yoga! You'll now see me there on a Thursday as well! Wow - I can't thank all of the amazing kids, their parents and the teachers enough for making me feel so welcome at the school.

As a thankyou, and to kick off the new class I have included a £5 OFF voucher on ALL of my after school clubs for Term 4 (incl Raysfield). Use EARLYBIRD5 at checkout. Voucher only valid until Feb 14th.

I'm really looking forward to this new class as it also means I get to see Tiger Martial Arts in action in the main hall - which just so happens to be run by my brother, Jamie! 😅

HAPPY SUNDAY - It is Sunday right? 🤪😅 I hope everyone had an amazing Christmas and are now able to just be utter couch potatoes for another few days before the new year! I have manged a little bit of work this morning in preparation for the new term! (Don't worry - I'll be returning to couch potato status shortly!)

Yoga After School Club Sessions for Alexander Hosea Primary School & Raysfield Primary School are now available to book. 🥳 Starting January 12th.

Celebrating fireworks and the joy of colour! 🎇🎆 With lots of fun poses like Chair into Star for our Rocket 🚀 Wide legged forward fold twists for a Catherine Wheel 🛞 and using our coloured scarves in a Warrior Three as Whizzing Star Fireworks 🎇🎆

Then of course Katy Perry's Fireworks song made an appearance for Yoga Freeze!

By the end of it the kids were begging for relaxation but I managed to convince them to do one more Rainbow Scarf breathing exercise with me 🤣 they then melted onto their mats like s'mores and enjoyed a guided meditation.

I'm looking forward to teaching this class another 3 times this week! 🥰 I do still have some space in my Tuesday and Wednesday after school clubs at Raysfield and Alexander Hosea - book via my website, link in bio.

Next week we'll be celebrating the changing of season's with a fun autumnal class! 🍂🍁🌰🍄 I'd better dig out my leaves and acorn's 👀

Free Tasters Available for preschools and primary schools in North Bristol* 🫶☺️

Classroom yoga and YouTube are great for introducing yoga to the children in your settings! ❤️ And it makes me so happy to know more schools are making yoga a part of their weekly routines!

But what makes my classes different?

Well, I'm able to change and adapt my classes to suit the ability and energy of the children in the room for better engagement and participation. They're high energy? Lets get those wiggles out. They're tired? Okay let's do something more chilled!

I can change the pace of the class to allow time for the children to confidently do poses without feeling rushed to keep up. Poses can be performed safely and practiced together ❤️

And my classes can include games and group work which are always a huge hit with my Yogi's! Musical mats, toega and pass the bells being just a few. 🙏🫶☺️

Oh and did I mention that I can tailor classes to fit your curriculum! You're learning about ancient Egypt - amazing I'll get my Sphinx pose ready 😉
