In less than one week these beautiful ladies are feeling way more energised and have lost a total of 7.4lbs between them! 👊🏼👊🏼. All three ladies were unsure what they were doing wrong as thought they were eating well and training yet not able to shift the unwanted body fat! Sineads goal has always been to stay younger and stronger for longer, Sinead just didn’t know how to acheive this goal or if it was possible to build muscle! Well we’ve proved age is just a number and nutrition is key! And when you focus on looking after your body it looks after you back!

Lovely Louise set the goal to get back to feeling amazing like she did 2 years ago prior receiving some terrible news re her health. Louise is a warrior and absolute superwomen! Louise has done it, she’s feeling better than ever, back to the pre 2 year weight she wanted, and also feeling stronger and fitter than she imagined possible! Louise made the decision to get stronger, and find herself again and she has smashed it! I’m so proud of you Louise. You’re an inspiration to all of us - thank you for being you 🫶🏼❤️
