Poshed my breakfast right up this morning!!
Went for summer berries with lots of ice - being pre menopausal, I’m boiling hot all the time and needed some cool, refreshing goodness!
Also it’s got 25 vitamins and minerals for getting those all important nutrients in before kids are up and school runs begin!!

Energy - now there’s a word!!
Where you get yours from? This is a question I get asked a lot!

I’ve lost 6 stone since 2018 and feeling lighter, leaner and lots healthier!!

I’ve been reading lots of posts from fantastic people on here with nuggets of knowledge and this has inspired me to start a wellness hub!

The wellness hub offers tips and ideas on fitness and food and products that give everyone that extra energy we could all with right now!!

As well as interviews and advice from some VERY inspiring people who’ve offered to help me set this up.....

We love fitness and we love food & we want to celebrate all this in the hub for you to enjoy!

It’s all in the prep!!
I used to think that ‘prepping’ was hours cooking food!

Then I realized that this delicious dish took everything and anything I had in the cupboard and sprinkled with dried chills flakes, whack it in the oven for 20mins and I have 2 lunches and 2 dinners worth!

Oh guys this has been a joy to teach at last!!we are out in the fresh air exercising and grooving and moving! This class is a mixed bag of cardio, dance fitness, strengthening and conditioning with drills and the most brilliant playlists to get you motivated and moving!

Monday and Wednesdays 6-7pm Hoblingwell rec, Orpington
Wednesday 7-8pm Belmont open space play park, Chislehurst.
