💆🏼‍♀️ Yesterday evening I had a treatment with Springform Sports Massage Therapy in preparation for Senior Inter Regionals. It’s not just Cali who needs to be on top form at the competition!

Normally Catherine spends the majority of the session working on my super tight left shoulder and traps, but this time I decided to switch things up and came in with an unusually tight right shoulder and traps🤦🏼‍♀️ already feeling so much looser and more even throughout my back🤞🏻

As always a massive thank you to Catherine for a fab treatment and keeping me in tip top shape ahead of Senior Inter Regionals!

📣Riders going to Championships this week📣
We have very limited availability for sessions before you go away to iron out any tension, tightness or imbalances.
I know how much money goes into getting ready for championships (that’s a very moody looking me in the first photo 😅) as well as one of my clients voicing this concern in photo 2.
So don’t be a wonky donkey going down that centre line - get booked in!

(We also have post-championship sessions available too; perfect to decompress and get loosened out post-event 🏆)

💆🏼‍♀️ You would think after 3 weeks on holiday I wouldn’t need another Springform Sports Massage Therapy treatment!

Alas that was not the case! My usually tight traps were even worse than expected and Catherine spent the whole session trying to rectify the damage my holiday had done🫣

Perfect timing for my treatment though as Cali and I have the Petplan Equine Championships at Addington in 2 weeks time! Massive thank you to Catherine for a fab treatment and keeping me in tip top shape ahead of our Championships!
