On Saturday May 31st, 2025, our Member Services Team will be available from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (BST).

We will support you over the phone in these languages: English, German, Dutch, Spanish, Romanian, Croatian, Finnish, Lithuanian, Serbian, Polish, Russian and Czech.

Diamond Support and English chat will also be available on the day.
