We are offer both short and long term sessions to suit your unique personal circumstances along with flexible appointments including evening and weekends so we can be there for you when you need us most. We have a variety of specialist areas and can help you with issues around Addiction, Anger issues, Anxiety, Bi-Polar disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, Confidence issues, Couples Counselling, Depression, Eating Disorders, Family therapy, Group therapy, Identity Issues, Insomnia, LGBT+ Issues, Marriage Counselling, Over thinking, Phobias, Relationship issues, Rumination, Self-Destructive behaviours, Self-Esteem, Self-harm, Stress, S*x addiction, S*xual problems, Smoking Cessation, Suicidal thoughts, Trauma and Weight Management
