Airth Yoga is the culmination of the love for practising yoga and discovering unique locations filled with pranic energy. The settings selected for the sessions are unique in that they are overflowing with energy regardless of whether they are within an urban location or the most remote cliff side on earth. We are all made of five elements, as is everything in the universe. The aim is to trigger all of your senses and to integrate them in the most harmonious possible way. The five elements exist within us as we are part of nature, in this perfectly synced world. Airth Yoga combines the surrounding space and peace in order to extract this energy inside you. We have to tune ourselves and open the heart, the body and mind system to the power and the beauty of nature. The sessions provided are Vinyasa flow lessons with an Iyengar basis. There is a particular emphasis on alignment and on breathing properly. The aim is to merge yoga with a special mind calming energy available in nature and these unique locations. This experiential yoga will make you simultaneously embrace and be embraced by nature. Discover how yoga can transform you. About Elena:
Elena is the creator and founder of airth yoga. Originally from Greece she believes in self-healing and that students are their own best teachers. She is very passionate about travelling and experiencing cultures from around the world. Her aim is to provide you with the ‘tools’ to change your life positively, to guide you to your own individual transformation. She is a firm believer that knowledge is for sharing and not keeping it to one’s self. Elena is a 200hrs Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga teacher (Yoga Alliance) and 200hrs Hatha Yoga teacher (Yoga Alliance & International Yoga Federation). She has also attained the 2nd level in Usui Reiki and has a diploma in Ayurvedic massage.

In private classes you can have the luxury of undivided attention,or get a few friends together for group sessions.
During a private yoga lesson your body structure, posture, habitual movement patterns as well as any acute or chronic injuries will be examined. From this information a sequence will be designed, which will assist in improving your physical and mental capacity. This sequence will include asana, pranayama and meditation.
I mix and match different styles of yoga to create something that is made for you, your body and your mind. Together, we can explore what works for you and maximise your potential.

Private classes can either be arranged on 1:1 basis or for groups up to two people. Private Zoom classes also available.
Props (chairs, walls, blocks, straps) are used so you can work in depth and analyze the anatomy and physiology of each posture, working simultaneously with the breath.

Ayurveda is an intricate system of healthcare that originated in India over 5,000 years ago.
It is believed to be the oldest healing science in existence, forming the foundation of all others.
Abhyanga is a form of Ayurvedic medicine : a full body oil massage using specially selected medicated oil to suit your individual body type. Different to other massage techniques, this massage is done with downward strokes which removes fatigue and stress, promotes sleep, heals and prevents nervous system disorders, strengthens the immune system, skin becomes soft, lustrous and deeply nourished.

The session lasts 90 minutes.
A 15 minutes dosha quiz test is included, to select your individual body type therapeutic oil.
