Airth Yoga is the culmination of the love for practising yoga and discovering unique locations filled with pranic energy. Airth Yoga combines the surrounding space and peace in order to extract this energy inside you. We have to tune ourselves and open the heart, the body and mind system to the power and the beauty of nature. The sessions provided are Vinyasa flow lessons with an Iyengar basis. There is a particular emphasis on alignment and on breathing properly. The aim is to merge yoga with a special mind calming energy available in nature and these unique locations. Elena is the creator and founder of airth yoga. Originally from Greece she believes in self-healing and that students are their own best teachers. She is very passionate about travelling and experiencing cultures from around the world. Her aim is to provide you with the ‘tools’ to change your life positively, to guide you to your own individual transformation. She is a firm believer that knowledge is for sharing and not keeping it to one’s self. Elena is a 200hrs Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga teacher (Yoga Alliance) and 200hrs Hatha Yoga teacher (Yoga Alliance & International Yoga Federation). She has also attained the 2nd level in Usui Reiki and has a diploma in Ayurvedic massage.
