We now have our own AI virtual receptionist called Ivy. Since last week Ivy has been taking calls from patients and help booking them in. She has access to our calendar so can book in patients, old and new 24/7 365 days a year.
She is always learning and may make mistakes sometimes but who doesnt?! Please be patient with her and it will save a lot of time for yourself and for me. She is trained to triage patients to the best appointment type and also to cancel or rearrange existing appointments.
And lastly, she can still take messages and pass them on to myself if that is preferable.
