What is TRE®?
Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE) is a simple series of movements that helps the body release deep muscular patterns of stress. It activates a natural shaking reflex—that signals your brain to move from “survival mode” back to “safety.”

Why come to a workshop?

While the shaking is natural, learning to self-regulate is key. In my upcoming session, I provide a guided, supportive space to:

✅ Gently activate the reflex.
✅ Learn how to “stop and start” the process safely.

No talking, no reliving stories—just pure physical release.
