Yesterday I attended arguably the best first aid course I’ve been on. Miles of safehaventrainingltd delivered an excellent course, and I now feel more confident should the need arise to provide fist aid.

The added bonus was attending it with winterbrook.fitness.wellbeing 😊

How was your weekend?
I worked Saturday so I squeezed quite a few things into Sunday. Mine was spent:
👟 chasing Wout as he’s taken a liking to my new trainers
☕️ trip to immathebakery and quick walk with pals
🧘🏻‍♀️Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath with Wellbeing with Rachel
All in all it was good fun!

Hello and Happy New Year!
I hope you had a good Christmas break.
Mine was a good mix of some downtime but adventures too. Wout had a great time, exploring Oxford, meeting and walking with more dogs, going to the pub and his first trip to the beach!
I’m back to work now, but am missing my coffee and slow mornings with the doggo!

I'm now finished for the working week!

Last week, I had a wonderful week off to celebrate my birthday. It included a surprise visit from my brother from Perth, who took me to a Manchester City vs. Liverpool FC match (we'll forget the score!), and quality time with family and friends. It was so great, I almost felt like I needed a rest when I came back to work!

And rest I have not – this week has been busy, for which I am very thankful.
