COR! What a year ey snakes šŸ,

This last year well the snake energy started 2.5 years ago but it ramped up this year.

From India to Egypt to India to Egypt
I let my soul run the show guiding me on a wild remembering
Surrending more deeply than I ever have before
Untamed raw wild expressions moving through me

Shedding othersā€™ views of who I should be
Shedding the grief of those that I loved and lost that I never processed
Shedding the ways I played small to fit in
Shedding the masks of performance
Shedding the fear of my own emotional intensity
Shedding the need to feel worthy through success
Shedding the need to feel constantly activated to feel alive

I shed layers and layers and layers of anything that was in the way of the TRUTH,

Through the illusion deeper into the REALITY of what Truth really is.

A few things Iā€™m proud of:

I learnt to sing and play guitar
I held my first mixed container in Egypt
I went even more deeply into my own inner Union
I went to JERUSALEM
I started working with the plant medicine Acacia
I faced my core abandonment wounds
I took responsibility for the pain inside of myself

Somehow more and more itā€™s not about the things I achieve; itā€™s the depth of landing deeper and deeper into my own integrity that brings me most joy.

I hear this a lot you can only ascend as far as you descend for me now and thatā€™s been the teaching;

now thatā€™s the priority.

Before I left there was some avoidance of having a simple life, I was put off by having a gym membership, or some kind of regular routine and a partnership a deep committed partnership;

But now the same things I avoided I long for so deeply and i am so so so ready šŸ™ in comments

In our daily lives,

Here at Sisters of the Rose this year our containers have shifted from being women only to mixed s*x. I see that in our world the masculine and feminine energies can become out of alignmentā€”leading to inner and outer tension, miscommunication, or patterns of disconnection in relationships and within ourselves.

We are deeply passionate about bringing us together in these times; restoring harmony through courageous conversations and radical truth.

Through this ceremony, we create space to heal these dynamics, allowing the masculine to embody clarity, action, and protection, while the feminine flows with intuition, receptivity, and creative power.

By intentionally bringing these energies into sacred alignment, we restore harmony in our inner and outer world, cultivate more authentic connections with others, and open ourselves to a life guided by balance, presence, and divine love.

This gathering is a ritual of integration and renewal, where we honor both our light and shadow, invite deep healing, and consciously step into the unified expression of our true selves.

As I prepare to leave Egypt I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to two incredible souls who helped weave the magic of our Union Retreat: Matthew and Leen.

Matthew, thank you for your grounded presence, your clarity, and the way you held the container with such steadiness. Your leadership, your heart, and your commitment to the work made this retreat not just powerfulā€”but truly transformative.

Leen, thank you for the beauty, grace, and intuitive wisdom you brought into every moment. Your ability to hold space, to see beneath the surface, and to support each person with such tenderness created a field where real healing and connection could unfold.

How I am here in front of you today...

I grew up in a small town in Oxfordshire, and although I had a wonderful childhood I always struggled to understand my place in the world. I struggled with identifying who I was and what my place was in the world.

Through my twenties I visited a whole host of different therapists in my struggle to tackle anxiety, OCD and depression. None of these practitioners were able to truly support and empower me to make the shift that I needed. This got me thinking.... if this is something I am struggling with I wonder who else is feeling the same? I felt a real lack of a holistic approach to supporting people not with one aspect of their mental health, but looking at the whole picture - mind, body and spirit. That is when I found Co-Active coaching.

Co-Active coaching, is coaching like no other key principles are built in the fact that there is no ā€œfinish line.ā€ We are all on a lifelong leadership journey, and every personā€™s journey is unique to them. Co-Active is a contextual lens to experience this journey from different orientations. Co-Active helped me to stretch my sightline, get out of my comfort zone, and grow along the way. It helped me to understand my own journey. Through my own personal coaching journey I was able to reconnect with myself - my values, wants and desires. I started to visualise who I was and what I truly wanted out of life.
