The ancient Nile hums her timeless song as we prepare to welcome the 13 luminous women who felt the whisper and said yes to this sacred passage.
These days, we gather as a circle within a circle — grounding our bodies, weaving our prayers, attuning to the pulse of the land. The air is ripe with anticipation, the unseen already stirring.

Reminiscing on some magical moments from last years imitation the first of many.
A note to my sisters, prepare your heart as you enter the ancient land of Egypt: let your mind be purified in the waters of the Nile, your voice sealed from idle words, and your spirit open to receive the sacred calling.
And to the women who come as sisters to this threshold, we extend our hands in welcome — for in the mystery of the initiation, your strength, wisdom and presence are honored as the living bridge between the timeless land and the new beginning.

Beyond time and place,
union is the dance of polarities..
light and shadow
giving and receiving
yin and yang
When we come into union within ourselves or with another,
we remember we are whole,
yet also part of something greater.
For the ancients, union was more than love,
it was Maat: balance of the feminine & masculine.
Isis + Osiris were honored not only as lovers,
but as symbols of harmony between
body, spirit, and cosmos.
To them, sacred union was a gateway
to divine creation itself.
This remembrance of union is also the heart of our upcoming retreat.

I grew up in a small town in Oxfordshire, and although I had a wonderful childhood I always struggled to understand my place in the world. I struggled with identifying who I was and what my place was in the world.
Through my twenties I visited a whole host of different therapists in my struggle to tackle anxiety, OCD and depression. None of these practitioners were able to truly support and empower me to make the shift that I needed. This got me thinking.... if this is something I am struggling with I wonder who else is feeling the same? I felt a real lack of a holistic approach to supporting people not with one aspect of their mental health, but looking at the whole picture - mind, body and spirit. That is when I found Co-Active coaching.
Co-Active coaching, is coaching like no other key principles are built in the fact that there is no “finish line.” We are all on a lifelong leadership journey, and every person’s journey is unique to them. Co-Active is a contextual lens to experience this journey from different orientations. Co-Active helped me to stretch my sightline, get out of my comfort zone, and grow along the way. It helped me to understand my own journey. Through my own personal coaching journey I was able to reconnect with myself - my values, wants and desires. I started to visualise who I was and what I truly wanted out of life.
