We have spaces on all our classes this week!
Circuit Class - Monday, Tuesday & Thursday
6.30pm
Perfect for people juat starting off and already in to exercise, as we have easy and harder variations.
Stronger Saturdays - Saturdays 8.30am
More of a weight based class.
Perfect for if you are want to start free weights, and build confidence in a welcoming like minded environment.
Planned in 4 week blocks that allow beginners and regulars to work on there technique and form to build a stronger you.
