Sacred Awakening Renewal Day
You’re fine! Right?
Of course you are, you’re always fine.
You’re the one who sorts the forms, remembers the birthdays, answers the messages, buys the milk and somehow knows where everything is.
You don’t fall apart.
You power through.
You get on with it.
And winter has been… a lot.
Dark mornings. Cold everything. Endless responsibility.
Same to do list, different day.
If you’ve found yourself staring into the fridge for no reason or briefly considering a small cottage in the Highlands with no signal, that’s called being human.
On Saturday 8th March, I have just TWO day tickets left, within our Sacred Awakening Retreat weekend, at Chetham Farm, Turton.
It’s nothing extreme, nor dramatic.
It’s not a personality overhaul.
It’s a day on the farm as winter shifts towards spring.
Cacao to warm you.
Proper homemade food you didn’t have to cook.

Fresh air.
A nurturing Sound Bath
An exploratory drum journey
An cheeky hour in the hot tub, out in nature, or gazing into the flame of the fire pit
It's a full day where nobody asks you for anything.
No pressure full stop.
Just a few hours to put the invisible clipboard down and remember you’re more than the one who keeps everything running.
