Every Monday
Classes sizes are small (limited to 6), warm and friendly.
Refreshments available if you wish to stay and chat afterwards.
Holistic Therapies also available.
I also co host our Guided Meditation and Sound Bath evenings (several a month) and a Reiki Share once a month with the beautiful Helen Ashcroft.
Please drop me a message for more information or to book.
Set the booking system back up again and this will be updated with future workshops, events and courses, which will be anything from Yoga, various types of crafting and Sound.
