I have a genuine desire to help children and adults to better well-being. I am friendly, supportive and non-judgemental.

I can help talk problems through and suggest we’ll-being tips or signpost you to more specialised support. I can provide one off sessions or a series of sessions. introductory session cost £15.00 with subsequent sessions costing £20.00.
