WOW WEE!
I’ve just completed two and a bit incredible days of training in Advanced Belief Coding® and… wow. I don’t think I’ve fully processed how powerful this next level truly is. This is at the forefront of neuroscience and Belief Coding is now featuring in journals such as pub med etc!!

What I’m learning expands the work I already absolutely adore taking subconscious healing into deeper, richer layers where the mind, emotions, body, and intuitive self all meet. I LOVE IT and realise this is what I was always meant to do!

This advanced training weaves together:
🌬 Breathwork
🧠 Explorative + integrative techniques
🌀 Nervous system safety
✨ That intuitive, soul-led magic I’ve always been drawn to

It brings everything into one truly holistic process and I’m honestly buzzing with excitement.

In simple terms:
Instead of working with one belief or one discomfort at a time, Advanced Belief Coding® allows us to work in connected layers, clearing multiple beliefs and patterns within a focused block of sessions, all with a clear intention and outcome.

And I LOVE this way of working.
It feels deeper.
It feels more complete.
And it feels like the exact evolution I’ve been waiting for.

Over the next few months, I’ll be diving into practice sessions, integration work, and swaps with other practitioners - letting this modality transform me just as much as it will support the people I’ll eventually work with.

I’m still a little way off accreditation, but part of this journey will involve working with two case studies in early 2026 as I begin offering this next-level work.

I saw a post the other day that talked about multitasking.
Neuroscience calls it cognitive fragmentation.

Did you know the average mum is interrupted every 3 minutes - that’s around 400 times a day - while still making over 35,000 decisions before bedtime? 😳

And it got me thinking…
What about teachers?
And teachers who are also mums?😩

It’s no wonder we’re utterly drained by the end of the day.

Because in a single morning, your brain might handle:
🧠 Jemima asking if she can go to the toilet (for the third time)
💊 Remembering Oscar needs his medication at 11am
🤧Suggesting a tissue for Billy’s snot candle hanging out his nostril
