The power of stepping away.
Sometimes the most important thing the body needsâŚ
is a pause.
When weâre constantly under pressure â physically or mentally â the nervous system stays switched on.
Over time that can show up as:
⢠Tight shoulders
⢠Back pain
⢠Headaches
⢠Poor sleep
⢠Constant tension
Sometimes recovery begins when the body is given a chance to step out of that stress cycle.
A calmer nervous system often allows the body to reset and start doing what it was designed to do.
Heal.
