I'm extremely pleased to announce that from Wednesday 6th august (7:30pm) hatha yoga classes will commence at , Market Street, Chorley (former HSBC building)

Recently opened, the hub has lots of space to practice and plenty of free parking opposite the studio.

Last night was my final class

I'd like to thank Claire for the use of the studio and a special shout out to everyone who has supported my classes there over the last 3 years, its been an absolute privilege to accompany you on your yoga journey. I intend to carry on teaching but the time has come to explore some new opportunities, so please stay in touch and keep an eye on my pages for further announcements and updates as to where these classes will be held.

On Wednesday night I taught this amazing group my 500th class since qualifying as a yoga teacher nearly 3 years ago.

Over that time its been an absolute privilege to witness people grow and develop their yoga journey.

I'd like to thank Claire Arnold, owner and teacher at La Maison Yoga for facilitating the majority of my classes and also every person who has ever walked through the studio door. I'm always blown away by the support of this local community.

So to summarise 500 classes, here are a few important things i've learnt:

- appreciate the body you've got and never take for granted your ability to move
- breath is as important as posture
- its more about how it feels than how it looks
- its never too late to start
- have fun, don't take it too seriously
- and i still mix up my 'lefts' and 'rights'

It aims to hold you in the parasympathetic state so that the mind and body feel fantastic at the end of a session.

This will be an evening of relaxation and meditation using the beautiful sounds of gongs, crystal and himalayan bowls 🥣
