I'm really excited to have been given the opportunity to bring the practice of yoga to The Grapple Mill and work alongside the club in order to help with their training.

During the class we're going to explore simple breathing techniques, flowing movements and balance postures to increase strength and stability with the ultimate aim of improving mobility and performance whilst grappling.

Ultimately this should give the team a competitive edge and help aid in both personal and competitive development.

If you’re thinking of giving Brazilian Jiu Jitsu a try why not contact the club and get involved.
