Self‑care isn’t always candles and cosy nights. For me, it looks like seeing my physio once a month, following through on the stretches, and showing up for weekly Pilates.

It helps me feel stronger, sleep better, and gives me a sense of control because I’m being proactive about my health. Sometimes the most nourishing care is the steady, consistent kind.

Thanks to .mumphysio I actually really LOVE my physio sessions and get a really good chat / unwind and I leave feeling so refreshed as well as physically lighter.
