As soon as I read these magic words in ‘The Mindfulness Prescription for Adult ADHD’ by Lidia Zylowska, MD it was like a light bulb switched on in my brain.

As part of well-being club I’m taking a deep dive into the question ‘Is Mindfulness for everyone?’ The question has led me to this book which is opening my eyes to both how mindfulness can help those with ADHD but more importantly how neurodiversity needs to be considered when teaching mindfulness. I’m exploring with curiosity and looking forward to revisiting my own practice armed with new knowledge!
