Following my ordination as a One Spirit Interfaith Minister, I have just launched my new Facebook business page, Held by Claire. This page brings together all my services - my celebrant & end of life work, spiritual accompaniment, plus the healing therapies previously offered under Pathfinder Holistic Healing (particularly Reiki, Soul Plan & Soul Transformation Therapy).
I will continue to keep this page open for now but all my services and posts will be on the new Held by Claire page (which is my celebrant page renamed).

The 11th Soul Plan energy, Kaf. The symbol shows a geometric shape which assimilates all forms and structures.
It can re-shape existing forms.

This is one of the 7 polarity energies in Soul Plan. (Life/death - can be about endings and beginnings)
Some possible challenges with this energy - dealing with loss (bereavement, divorce, heartbreak, job loss, status), fear of failure, lack of resilience, notable ups and downs of mood.

This energy is also adaptable, supportive and highly intelligent. It also encompasses emotional resiliency and sees truth.

This energy also governs transition. When we are in a transitional phase, resistance can arise, fed by old fears and limiting beliefs.
Transition often asks us to release what we've outgrown, even when our heart wants to hold on. Trust the process...beyond any fear and doubt is the unfolding of your soul's true potential.

🍞🌾🌻 Blessed Lughnasadh 🌾🍞🌻

Today marks Lughnasadh (pronounced Loo-nah-sah). It’s the first of the three ancient Celtic harvest festivals, a sacred time to honour the fruits of the Earth and the quiet wisdom of the turning seasons.

It’s a moment to pause and give thanks for the seeds you’ve planted, the effort you’ve given, and the blessings you’ve begun to reap, whether in your home, your heart, or your healing.

The fields may be golden with grain, but your soul too holds a harvest. 🌻
What are you gathering in?
What wisdom has this season brought you?
What have you grown through?
What are you ready to release or preserve for the darker days ahead?

As the sun begins to wane and whispers of autumn stir the air, let today be a time of gratitude, reflection, and sacred pause. Bake bread, light a candle, walk the land, or simply offer thanks for the life growing within and around you. You might even like to create an altar or kitchen table display of flowers, fruit or grain. Pick up a pen and journal and reflect on the year so far.

May the love of friends, family, and the Goddess warm your spirit now and through the winter to come.
