I'm excited to introduce myself to all my new followers. My name is Arran, and I opened Muscle Mender nearly a year ago. I’m thrilled to share that I am now qualified to Level 4 in sports massage, and I also offer dry cupping therapy, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), and taping.

My main aim is to get you back doing what you love, whether that’s chasing the kids, going to the gym, or doing a park run. With over 20 years of competing in various sports and a personal training qualification I am a committed to personalising your care, I provide tailored therapies designed to enhance recovery, prevent injuries, and improve overall performance.

I also want to introduce Otto, my black lab😃. Otto brings a bit of extra warmth and joy to our sessions and is always ready to greet you with a wagging tail.

Whether you're a professional athlete or someone who loves staying active, my goal is to support your journey towards peak performance and well-being.
Each session is customised to meet your unique needs, from relieving muscle tension and reducing pain to boosting flexibility and increasing circulation.

It was great to have Jack Arnfield In this morning for his second session after this mornings training at Jennings Gym. I'm extremely grateful to be able to help get Jack ready for next Saturday's fight in Birmingham.

Jack came to see me last week with some impingement in his left shoulder and neck which we released.
Today We carried on with that treatment on his shoulders including scapular release, active release and some trigger point therapy. There was a few choice words but I'd expect that 😂😂

Jack's back in next week for a full body MOT to get him ready for Saturday's Fight
