TRIAGE UPDATE - The online triage system is now back up and running.

Thank you for your patience whilst the system was down.

Triage update - There is a national issue with the triage system and we are unable to access the form electronically. Please contact the practice via telephone and we will complete a form manually for you if your issue is urgent.

If you are able to wait until the service resumes for routine queries, this would allow those with urgent queries to get through on telephone lines.

Thank you for your patience during this time.
