A little update ✨️

Some of you have known my work as Holistic Enlightenment, but in reality most people have always said "go and see Nikkk."
So from today, i'm bringing my work under my own name:
Nicola Trafford/ Nikki Holisitic Health and wellbeing.

Nothing else changes - Same hands, same care, same treatments, and same place - just the name.

A few practical notes while things transition:

* My website is still Holisitic Enlightenment for now and will be updated soon.
* Gift voucher that have been purchaced with the Holistic Enlightenment name are absolutely fine - i know my vouchers.

* Bank paymemts will remain under Holistic Enlihhtenment for the time being.

MYOFASCIAL CUPPING

Myofascial cupping is a therapeutic technique that combines traditional cupping therapy with myofascial release principles. It involves the application of suction cups to various areas of the body to promote healing, relieve muscle tension, and enhance overall well-being.

Cupping Therapy: Involves placing cups (made of glass, silicone, or plastic) on the skin to create a vacuum effect. This suction pulls the skin and underlying tissues upward, creating space between layers.

Static and Dynamic Techniques: Cups can be left in place for a certain period (static cupping) or moved around on the skin (dynamic cupping) to enhance the effects of the treatment and target specific areas of tension.
