-Taking a moment for gratitude-
As we always say in class our pratice is both on the mat and off the mat.
And following our wellbeing yoga session today, we do just do this!
In class we have much reason for gratitude. grattitude for making ourselves a priority, our connection to ourselves and for the wonderfull supportive community we find on a weekly basis.
At Aspire we are exstra greatfull this week for the revisit with both our new and old yogis.

And talking the pratice off the mat we within the yogic tradition advise we all this week pay special attention to grattitude making it part of daily pratice and count all the things we are blessed for.
After all grattitude is important pratice for countering negative thoughts, self judgement and also a great grounding technique - both when things are good and when they are hard. ❤️🧡💛
