Spring Wood Element Mini Retreat 🌿
Saturday 14th March | 1:30–4:30pm
Spring is the season of new beginnings, growth, and fresh energy. In Chinese medicine, it’s the time of the Wood element — a perfect moment to stretch, breathe, and reconnect with nature.
This 3-hour mini retreat is an invitation to do just that.
We’ll begin by pulling on our boots and coats — whatever the weather — and heading outside for a gentle walk to our local woodland. Amongst the trees, we’ll practise Qi Gong, allowing the rising spring energy to move through the body, soften tension, and restore balance. Being in nature, breathing fresh air, and moving with intention helps us reconnect to ourselves and the natural world.
Afterwards, we’ll return to the garden studio, where you’ll be guided into total relaxation with a nourishing sound bath — the perfect space to rest, integrate, and absorb the energy of the afternoon.
