The easiest ways to help your beauty therapist 💚
🌿 Be on time – As beauticians, we work strictly by appointment. We often have clients booked in straight after you, so arriving on time helps us give everyone the full care and attention they deserve.
🌿Booking in advance - We don’t like letting anyone down so if you only have certain days/times make sure you book your appointments in!
🌿Notice when rearranging - We know that life gets busy sometimes and you can’t always make your appointments! If you could give us as much notice as possible, we will be able to offer this appointment to someone else!
🌿No plus ones - If you’ve already visited our new salon (thank you!), you know our space is more intimate. To keep things calm, safe, and focused on your service, our waiting area is reserved for upcoming clients only, and we kindly ask that you attend your appointment solo. Extra guests can create distractions, and with professional equipment and chemicals in use, we want to make sure everyone is well cared for.
🌿Supporting social media - Following, liking, sharing our posts or leaving a kind review is a simple way to support our small business. It helps us reach new clients and continue doing what we love, and we’re always so grateful for the support!
🌿 Be mindful of other clients – We aim to create a calm, relaxing environment for everyone. Please be mindful of noise levels and conversations, as other clients may be enjoying quiet treatments.
