After some of the comments on here recently about sleep and midlife, I’ve been thinking about creating a small online session where we can come together and explore these things a little more.
Things like:
• why sleep often changes during menopause
• how hormones affect stress and energy
• simple things that may help support better sleep
Nothing complicated — just a relaxed space to share experiences and learn a little.
Before I organise it, I’d love to know if this would be helpful.
Would you be interested in joining something like that if I ran it?
