Nina has been with us since July, and the energy, strength, and growth she has brought to both her own practice and the studio has been too beautiful not to share

Most people think they can’t meditate… but actually they just haven’t tried yoga yet

Let’s talk yoga, which is just another pathway into the subconscious brain 🧘‍♀️ movement, breath and connection give the brain no option but to just slow down

And it’s never about being “good” at yoga!! The mental benefits are the same for everybody, whether you can do a headstand or barely touch your toes, there’s no hiding from the stillness yoga offers

Sometimes the most powerful stillness actually starts with movement 🌙
