We have a raffle taking place this month and the prize is this most beautiful blanket that has been crocheted and donated by the very talented Beverley Stewart.

To enter its £1 a go and the winner will be drawn at our next Community Coffee Morning on the 28th August.

This is Rocky- he’s a 4/5 year old British Bulldog. Rocky is currently being looked after by a foster carers as his owner sadly passed away.

I had a very special day on Tuesday sharing the Reiki 1 course with these two lovely ladies. It was an absolute joy to work with such genuine folks and welcome them into the Harmony Hub Reiki Community! ❤️

Attending Reiki courses at The Harmony Hub is so much more than learning a new skill.

Reiki is a beautiful way of raising your vibration, lifting your mood and supporting you to become the best version of YOU. And this benefits you and everyone you come into contact with!

Reiki 1 involves a day of teaching where students learn about the Reiki history, Principles, what Reiki is and how and why Reiki is such a beautiful structure for working with energy.

During this day you receive the Reiki 1 Attunement which is a short, powerful energetic transmission that honours the Reiki tradition and welcomes you into the worldwide Reiki family.

Students also learn the Reiki self-healing process and experience a full self-healing for the first time by being guided through this beautiful, hour long healing experience.

After the taught day, students receive ongoing one to one support as needed and are also welcomed into the Harmony Hub Reiki Community. We offer a monthly Reiki Share and regular Reiki Retreat Days where we come together to revisit Reiki basics and explore the ways in which Reiki enhances our lives.

All Reiki teaching and ongoing support at The Hub is accessible and affordable. The building has stairlift access to all areas and costs are affordable. For Reiki Share we ask for a donation of £6 which includes refreshments and the Reiki Retreat Days are £35 which includes all workshop resources and a tasty, home cooked lunch.
