We would also like to express how highly we value the loyalty and trust of the Funeral Directors we work with. We recognise that this is a loyal and close-knit industry, and we do not take that for granted.
In return, we remain steadfast in our commitment to you: we have never turned away work due to capacity, no matter how busy we have been. Every funeral entrusted to us is carried out using our own wagons, hearse, horses, and experienced coachman, ensuring consistency, dignity, and the highest standard of service at all times.
It has come to our attention that a newly formed company is circulating false and misleading information, and in some instances, creating confusion by referencing or implying association with our business name in order to attract trade. We wish to make it abundantly clear that we have no affiliation with this company.
In addition, we strongly encourage all Funeral Directors—whether you work alongside us or not—to carry out appropriate due diligence when engaging external providers, particularly within the equine sector. It is essential to ensure that any company or individual you instruct is properly qualified, experienced, and fully insured. This includes, but is not limited to, holding a valid Operator’s Licence where required, appropriate insurance cover such as Coachman’s Insurance, and adequate Public Liability Insurance.
These safeguards are vital in maintaining professional standards, ensuring safety, and protecting both your business and the families you serve.
