Access Wellbeing Drop-ins – Free Support for Adults (18+) 🗣💙

📍 Bournemouth Library – Tuesdays, 9am–1pm (with Citizens Advice)

Friendly wellbeing coordinators are here to listen and help with mental health, emotional wellbeing, housing, work, money, and more. No appointment needed – just drop in!

🌞 What do SPF and star ratings mean?
When buying sunscreen, it’s not just about the SPF — here’s what to look for:

🧴 SPF (Sun Protection Factor)
This measures protection from UVB rays, which cause sunburn.
➡ SPF 30 = good
➡ SPF 50+ = strongest protection

⭐ Star Rating
This shows protection against UVA rays, which age the skin and can cause long-term damage.
➡ UK sunscreens show a rating up to 5 stars — the more stars, the better.

⭕ Look for the UVA logo in a circle
This means the UVA protection is at least a third of the SPF value and meets EU recommendations.
