Hi Yogis, happy Monday!🌞
My weekend was a wild one, full-on single mum life at the beach with three kids, a dog, and me just trying to hold it all together😅😅😅😅
But we survived and had a blast! 🌴🏝️

This week, my yoga flow & mood will focus on finding balance — because if I can survive that weekend chaos with three kids all wanting to do different things, we can all find a little peace amidst the chaos of life ✨✨✨
