There’s so many benefits to having a regular yoga practice, but these are some of my favourites. 💗 My journey into yoga has changed since the beginning but that power of finding total calm at the end of a class was what got me hooked.
If you want to have more of this in your week, try joining a class. If you are local, come find your calm on Thursday evening 6-7pm 🧘
