Wow, our amazing members at my Highcliffe Mudeford and Somerford Groups have lost over 11300lbs so far this year.

We’ve celebrated 91 members achieving their Target and we’ve celebrated thousands of weight loss awards.

Our 3 groups are really friendly and a warm welcome awaits you if you’re thinking of joining or coming back.

I’ve got special offers over the next couple of weeks with free membership.

My groups are:

Wednesday mornings at St Marks Church Hall, Hintonwood Avenue, Highcliffe at either 9.00 or 10.45

Thursday evenings at Mudeford Wood Community Centre, Pipers Drive, Mudeford at either 5.30 or 7.15pm

Friday Mornings at the Somerford ARC, Southey Road at 9.00am
