I think this is the part that surprises people most.

It’s not nearly as unusual or “out there” as people imagine beforehand… it actually feels very natural once you’re in it.

One of the things people often say after their first experience is how normal it actually feels.

Not strange.
Not out of control.

Just a calm, focused state where they’re able to explore whatever comes up in their own way.

Most people come in simply curious… and leave with something they didn’t quite expect, but that feels meaningful to them.

If you’ve been considering it, you’re very welcome to join us.

A few places have now been taken for the April 25 Past Life Regression evening in Sopley.

These are always small, intentionally calm groups, designed to create a safe and supportive space for people to explore the experience in their own way.

More details below.

A few people have now booked onto the Past Life Regression workshop on April 25 in Sopley.

I always keep these groups small on purpose, as it creates a much calmer and more supportive space for people to explore whatever comes up for them.

Most people come in simply curious rather than certain, and are often surprised by how natural and relaxed the experience feels.

If you’ve been thinking about it over the past few days, this weekend is a good time to decide.

You’re very welcome to join us.

“I didn’t expect it to feel so real.”

A reflection shared after a recent Past Life Regression experience.

More below.

✨ “I didn’t expect it to feel so real.”

That’s something someone said to me after a recent Past Life Regression evening.

They had come in simply curious, not really knowing what to expect…

…but left feeling like they had experienced something much deeper and more meaningful than they anticipated.

These experiences are often gentle, reflective, and sometimes surprisingly emotional.

If you’ve been quietly considering it, you’re very welcome to join us.

What actually happens in a Past Life Regression session?

It’s one of the most common questions, and often quite different from what people expect.

Rather than losing control, it’s a calm, guided experience where you remain aware while exploring imagery, emotions or symbolic scenes in a deeply relaxed state.

More shared below.

✨ What actually happens in a Past Life Regression session?

One of the most common questions I get is whether people will be “put under” or lose control.

The reality is much gentler than that.

You remain aware the whole time, just in a deeply relaxed and focused state, similar to being absorbed in a film or a vivid daydream.

From there, people often experience imagery, emotions, or symbolic scenes that feel meaningful in different ways.

There’s no pressure to believe anything or to have a particular type of experience.

Just a calm, guided space to explore.

You’re very welcome to join us if it feels right.

Inner experiences can mean very different things to different people.

For some they are symbolic reflections of the subconscious.
For others they feel like emotional or intuitive journeys that bring unexpected clarity.

What continues to fascinate me is not the interpretation itself… but the shifts people often describe afterwards.

Have you ever had an inner experience that changed how you saw something in your life?

Whether someone believes in literal past lives or simply sees regression as a powerful way of exploring the subconscious…

The insights people take away can often be surprisingly meaningful.

Sometimes it isn’t about what you “remember.”
It’s about the clarity you feel afterwards.

Or the emotional shift.
Or a new way of understanding a pattern in your life.

Inner experiences don’t always need to be explained in order to be valuable.

There’s something I really value about keeping these Past Life Regression workshops small.

When the group is intimate, people seem able to relax much more deeply and explore whatever comes up for them without feeling self-conscious or overwhelmed.

It creates a very calm and supportive atmosphere, which often makes the experience feel more meaningful than people expect.

I’ll be holding the next small group locally in Sopley on the 25th of April for anyone who feels quietly curious about trying it 🙂

These Past Life Regression workshops are always intentionally kept small.

It allows people to relax more deeply and feel safe exploring whatever arises for them.

There are only around 20 places available for the April 25 experience in Sopley.

It’s always interesting hearing how people describe the inner experience during regression.

Some say it feels like watching a film they’re somehow inside.
Others talk about emotions or memories surfacing in ways they didn’t expect.

It’s quite difficult to explain until you’ve experienced that reflective state for yourself.

I’d be genuinely interested to know whether anyone here has ever had dreams, visualisations, or moments of imagination that felt unusually vivid or meaningful 🙂

Someone once described their regression as feeling like watching a film they were somehow inside.

They could feel the emotions.
See the surroundings.
Sense meaning in ways they hadn’t expected.

Experiences like this are difficult to explain… but very memorable to live.

One of the things that still genuinely fascinates me about guiding Past Life Regression is how different each person’s experience can be.

Some people describe very vivid inner stories or imagery.
Others experience a sense of emotional release or unexpected clarity about something in their present life.

And sometimes it’s simply a deeply calming and reflective process.

There’s never any pressure to believe anything in particular or to have a certain type of experience, which I think is part of what makes it feel safe for people to explore 🙂

I’ve now guided many Past Life Regression journeys over the years, and one thing continues to surprise me.

Every experience is completely unique.

Some people encounter vivid symbolic stories.
Some experience emotional release.
Some simply leave with a quiet sense of clarity.

There’s no pressure to “perform” or believe anything, just an opportunity to explore.

This is something I’ve genuinely found fascinating over the years working with people.

So many describe moments where they meet someone and feel an immediate, almost unexplainable sense of familiarity.

Not attraction.
Not logic.
Just a quiet feeling of “I know you somehow.”

I’d be really interested to know if anyone here has ever experienced something like that 🙂

Have you ever met someone and felt like you already knew them?

Not logically.
But emotionally.

That strange sense of instant familiarity is something many people describe when they begin exploring past-life themes.

Many people describe powerful moments of dĂŠjĂ  vu, unexplained emotional reactions, or a deep fascination with certain places or eras.

For some, these experiences spark a curiosity about whether there may be more to their story than this lifetime alone.

This post explores a few of the signs people often recognise when they begin reflecting on past-life themes.

If you feel drawn to explore this more deeply, EnaBreath will be holding a small and immersive Past Life Regression experience in Sopley on April 25th.

✨ 5 Signs You May Have Lived Before

Some people feel a quiet sense that their story didn’t begin in this lifetime.

Not as a belief… but as an experience.

Here are a few signs that people often describe:

1. A powerful sense of dĂŠjĂ  vu.
Moments where a place, situation or conversation feels deeply familiar, as though you’ve somehow been there before.

2. Unexplainable fears or strong emotional reactions.
A fear of water, heights, fire, or certain environments that doesn’t seem to come from anything that has happened in your current life.

3. Feeling an instant and intense connection with someone.
Meeting a person and feeling an unusual sense of recognition or emotional closeness very quickly.

4. Recurring dreams of another time or place.
Vivid dreams where you seem to be living as someone else, in a different era or setting.

5. A deep fascination with a particular historical period or culture.
Feeling drawn to a place or time in history in a way that feels personal rather than purely intellectual.

For some, Past Life Regression can be a gentle way to explore these experiences in a safe and guided environment.

If you're curious about what you might discover, I’ll be leading a small-group experience at Sopley Parish Hall on April 25th.

There are certain experiences that are difficult to fully describe until you’ve lived them.

Past Life Regression can be one of those.

In a calm and carefully guided environment, people often find themselves encountering powerful emotional imagery, unexpected insights, and a deeper sense of meaning in their current life patterns.

On April 25th, I’ll be guiding a small and immersive group experience at Sopley Parish Hall.

If you feel curious about exploring something beyond ordinary awareness, you can find the details below ✨

✨ Some memories don’t belong to this lifetime.

Have you ever experienced a place that felt strangely familiar…
met someone and felt you had known them forever…
or carried a fear or longing you couldn’t fully explain?

For some people, these moments feel like echoes of something deeper.

On Saturday, April 25th, I’ll be guiding a small and intimate Past Life Regression experience at Sopley Parish Hall.

This is a gentle yet powerful inner journey during which many participants experience vivid emotional insights, symbolic memories, and a profound sense of connection to their own life story.

Some come simply curious.
Others leave feeling as though they’ve discovered something meaningful about who they are and why certain patterns keep repeating.

The group is intentionally kept small to create a safe, calm, and immersive atmosphere.
